Congrats to Gloria van Donge on the publication of her
Gifted Kid Book Series
comprising Coming Ready or Not, Custom Built, Color my Boots, Catch On and Can You Believe It
Published by Ocean Reeve Publishing, in hardback
for ages 2-6; especially gifted children.
These 5 picture books created a doorway into the world of the gifted and talented child and stimulate dialogue between gifted children and adults. The main characters are a family of cheetah cubs who display 5 areas of giftedness.
The aim is to help gifted children realise that 'being gifted' is normal for them. The series is written and graphically illustrated on a child's level, but also makes adults aware of issues that the gifted child could face.
