Come and join us for our next SCBWI social catch-up in the Newcastle, Hunter and Central Coast Regions on Saturday 15 August 2026, from 10am–12pm at Sunnyboy Park Cafe in the Newcastle Foreshore Park - under the trees near the old duck pond. (If it’s raining, we’ll move into the tram sheds nearby.)

Coffee and food will be available from the Sunnyboy Park Cafe, or you can bring your own.

Grab a cuppa and meet your fellow book creators to swap bookish news, Instagram handles, laughs, and plenty of kidlit love.
