Ori the Octopus and his friends have left their rubbish everywhere. They tidy up, but it doesn't work. To keep their home clean and healthy, they need to do something different, something better.

Ori the Octopus  is endorsed by Clean Up Australia, who have provided a glowing review for the back cover, and allowed use of their logo. It's to be released in August through Woodslane Book Distributor.

DOTDS is a picture book with a message at two levels. On the surface it's the story of a community supporting a family when mum is in hospital. Its deeper meaning concerns the uncertainty family illness brings.

The story took over three years to create, and over a year of collaboration with talented young graphic designer Bronte. Its plot line and visuals were discussed with those with lived experience of long term family illness.
