Patricia Bernard has a lot to be proud of - she's just released her 68th published book!!, - her 16th in her Asian series for Blake Publishing.

Each of her 3,500 word, easy to read, informative Asian series books is about children in a different country. They contain teachers' notes, information about the country, a map, the relevant flag and some photos.

Patricia has visited all of the countries she's written about and collected stories of children. So far these countries include India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Cambodia, Nepal, Burma, Philippines, Malaysia, Mongolia, China, Japan, Pakistan, Fiji, Kiribati Islands, Papua New Guinea and Indonesia. Watch this space!

Her books have enjoyed different illustrators, the last four having been illustrated by Andy Baker

What an incredible achievement - congrats Patricia!
